New members must join a health and safety demonstration before you will be able to use the studio. This is a one off session and will cost £20. Monthly memberships have a minimum term of 3 months. Members will need to have experience in a formal setting before being able to use the workshop unsupervised – this can be previous formal study or classes at our studio. Full terms and conditions on request.
As part of our ethos and commitment to mentoring and supporting local students and graduates, anyone currently studying or recent graduates of jewellery and metalwork at Hallam will not be charged for the health and safety demo, but will need to demonstrate full understanding of workshop health and safety.
Members will receive keys and will be required to put down a deposit of £110.
*You can have 24hr access to the studio, except when classes are running. Any courses running will be highlighted in the calendar in the studio and online (access to the online calendar as part of your membership).
