Wedding Rings – Make Your Own!

Long after the excitement of your wedding day you’ll still be wearing your wedding rings as a symbol of your union every day.

We want to help you to make your wedding rings extra special, so here at The Jewellery Business, we use our decades of experience to teach and guide you in making your own wedding rings (or making each others wedding rings), and you don’t need any experience at all.

We’ll invite you for a consultation first and then we can chat about styles of rings, types of metal and we can get your ring sizes. If you have heirloom or other sentimental jewellery we can talk about using this metal in your rings too. We can also offer additional services such as hallmarking and engraving and we will discuss this if you wish.

On The Day

On your making day you’ll be expertly led in creating your rings by Emmie, who has many years of experience in creating fine jewellery and teaching people the skills they need to make their own stunning pieces of jewellery. We’ll provide a light lunch, tea and coffee, and usually some biscuits too.

We’ll take pictures of you creating your rings, and then later, we’ll create a small photo book for you as a keepsake. At the end of the session you’ll be able to take your rings away in a lovely ring box. We can also offer additional services such as hallmarking and engraving and we will discuss this at your consultation.

It’s one of our greatest privileges to help you create your wedding rings, and our couples find this to be such a special experience.
